Description:

Vymada 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of heart failure. It helps to reduce the risk of death and hospitalization in adults with chronic heart failure.

Vymada 100mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines for blood pressure or heart conditions or if you have kidney or liver disease. Also let your doctor know all other medications you are using as they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. This medicine should not be taken during pregnancy and is not recommended while breastfeeding. While on treatment with this medicine, your doctor may advice regular monitoring of blood pressure and regular kidney function.

Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Renal impairment, Decreased blood pressure, Cough, Dizziness, Altered levels of potassium in blood, Diarrhoea, Decrease in red blood cell count, Headache, Fainting, Weakness, Nausea, Stomach pain, Decreased sugar level in blood, Vertigo.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vymada 100mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Vymada 100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sacubitril and valsartan which treat heart failure.tThey work by relaxing the blood vessels and making it easier for your heart to pump blood throughout your body. In addition, they also help your body retain less water.
