Vymada 200mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat heart failure. It reduces the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with long-lasting (chronic) heart failure. It is generally given along with other heart failure medications.
Vymada 200mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time each day for maximum benefits. The dose, and how often you take it, will be decided by your doctor and may change depending on how well you respond to the medicine. Keep taking the tablets regularly, as they have been prescribed, and try not to miss doses to get the most benefit. Do not stop taking them, even if you are feeling well. The medicine prevents future complications.
Common side effects of this medicine include angioedema, low blood pressure (hypotension), impaired renal function, and high potassium level in blood (hyperkalemia). To reduce the risk of dizziness that may caused by low blood pressure, try getting up slowly from a sitting or lying position. If these or other side effects are severe or do not go away, tell your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines for blood pressure or heart conditions or if you have kidney or liver disease. Also let your doctor know all other medications you are using as they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. This medicine should not be taken during pregnancy and is not recommended while breastfeeding. While on treatment with this medicine, your doctor may advice regular monitoring of blood pressure and regular kidney function.
- Uses / Indications: Vymada 200mg Tablet is used in the treatment of heart failure. It treats long-lasting (chronic) heart failure in adults.

- Pregnancy interaction:
- Vymada 200mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

- Regularly monitor blood pressure levels to prevent hypotension (low blood pressure). Get up slowly while rising from a lying or sitting position as Vymada 200 Tablet 7's may cause dizziness. Keep your doctor informed about your health/disease conditions and the medicines you are taking.

- Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Renal impairment, Decreased blood pressure, Cough, Dizziness, Altered levels of potassium in blood, Diarrhoea, Decrease in red blood cell count, Headache, Fainting, Weakness, Nausea, Stomach pain, Decreased sugar level in blood, Vertigo.

- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vymada 200mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
