Bestosulf Powder is a combination of medicines that is used to treat various types of skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. It also prevents the growth of infection-causing microorganisms to promote faster healing of infections.
Bestosulf Powder is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. - How it works:
- Bestosulf Powder is a combination of three antibiotics: Sulphacetamide / Sulfacetamide, Neomycin and Bacitracin. Sulphacetamide / Sulfacetamide stops bacteria from producing folic acid, a nutrient required for bacterial multiplication. Neomycin stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Bacitracin works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering, thereby killing the bacteria. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
