Citico 1000 MG Tablet CR is a medicine that protects the nerves. It is used in the treatment of brain stroke (a condition that occurs due to improper blood supply to the brain), memory loss, and movement disorders associated with ageing. It works by increasing the level of certain brain chemicals necessary for proper brain function. It also prevents damage to your nerve cells and nourishes them back to health again. Citico 1000 MG Tablet CR may cause some side effects like stomach discomfort, restlessness, diarrhoea, and headache. However, these side effects may subside by themselves as your body adjusts to the medicine. Citico 1000 MG Tablet CR can be taken with or without food. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment based on your health condition. Do not discontinue this medicine without consulting your doctor. Citico 1000 MG Tablet CR is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems.
