Seroflo 250 Multihaler is a combination of two medicines that opens the airways and makes it easier to breathe. It is used in the treatment of asthma (wheezing and shortness of breath) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked).

- Pregnancy interaction:
- Seroflo 50mcg/250mcg Multihaler may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

- How to use:
- Check the label for directions before use. Hold the multihaler by the base and open the mouth piece cover. Slide the knob until you a hear a click. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and breath in deeply. Remove the multihaler and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.

- Seroflo 50mcg/250mcg Multihaler is a combination of two medicines: Salmeterol and Fluticasone. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Fluticasone is a steroid which stops the release of certain natural substances that cause inflammation (swelling) in the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
