Bleotex 15IU Injection is a type of antibiotic that is only used in cancer chemotherapy. Bleotex 15IU Injection is used in the treatment of head and neck cancer (including cancer of the mouth, lip, cheek, tongue, palate, throat, tonsils, and sinuses) and cancer of the penis, testicles, cervix, and vulva (the outer part of the vagina). Bleotex 15IU Injection may be used with other medicines to treat Hodgkin's lymphoma (Hodgkin's disease) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (cancer that begins in the cells of the immune system). Bleotex 15IU Injection is also used to treat pleural effusions (a condition when fluid collects in the lungs) that are caused by cancerous tumours.
Bleotex 15IU Injection may cause some common adverse effects including redness, blistering, tenderness, or thickening of the skin, darkened skin colour, rash, hair loss, sores on the mouth or tongue, vomiting, loss of appetite, and weight loss. In case of persistent or troublesome side effects, it is important to inform your physician immediately for further guidance.
Bleotex 15IU Injection should not be used if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Benefits of Bleotex 15IU Injection or any of its components. You should inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products, Your doctor may need to change the doses of your medications or monitor you carefully for side effects. It is important to inform your doctor before taking Benefits of Bleotex 15IU Injection if you have a history of kidney, or lung disease or if you are having surgery, including dental surgery. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or if you plan to father a child, you should inform your doctor. It is not recommended to become pregnant while receiving Bleotex 15IU Injection, and you and your partner should use birth control during treatment and for three months afterwards. It is advisable to discuss birth control methods with your doctor that will work best for you. If you or your partner becomes pregnant while receiving Benefits of Bleotex 15IU Injection, please contact your doctor immediately, as it may harm the fetus.
Bleotex 15IU Injection should be given intravenously or intramuscularly. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage and frequency of administration based on the severity of your condition, which may be subject to change. - Bleotex 15IU Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

- Inform your doctor before taking bleomycin if you have severe heart disease, kidney problems, lung problems requiring use of oxygen, impaired liver function, and chicken pox or if you are about to undergo a surgery. Inform your doctor before taking bleomycin if you are taking other anticancer/cytotoxic drugs such as vinca alkaloids or cisplatin, drugs such as clozapine or if you have received radiation in the chest area. Seek immediate medical advice if you develop dry cough, breathlessness, rapid breathing or any other lung problems. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking this drug as it may make you feel weak or tired. Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
